We apply three methods for recruitment in Fechon Engineering;
1. DIRECT RECRUITMENT
The organization sends a representative from HRM department to educational institutes to interact with potential candidates. The candidates who are seeking for jobs are explained about the job vacancy in the organization and the skills which are required to perform the job. The representative interacts with the candidates with the help of placement cells of the institutions. A briefing session is conducted before the actual screening and interview process. 2. INDIRECT RECRUITMENT
We use the advertisement channel such as newspapers, radio, job sites, social media (linkedin etc.), radio, television, magazines and professional journals to reach the potential candidates. The advertisement provides information about the job requirements, the range of salary offered, the type of job (full time or part time) and job location. The candidates who are interested in the job apply for it and share their resume with the organization.
3. For this method Fechon Engineering uses Recruitment Consultant or Employment Agencies, Employee referral, Voluntary Organization, Data Banks, Trade Unions and Labor Contractors to aid the organization to establish contact with the potential candidates.
